As a Business Development Manager, you will formulate and implement business development strategic plans for the KBE Arizona office, ensuring business development and financial goals are monitored and achieved.
Requirements
- Develop business leads and cultivates client relationships
- Assist with the KBE strategic planning process
- Understand KBE's strengths and strategically position KBE to acquire business from new clients
- Develop and maintain meaningful professional client relationships in core markets
- Train seller-doers, organize office staff attending networking events and track follow-up
- Continually prospect for potential new clients that turn into increased business
- Track and maintain leads, opportunities, clients and contacts in our Client Relationship Management Program (CRM)
- Attend trade shows with a written strategy around what is to be accomplished
- Network at professional organization meetings reporting back regularly on connections made
- Expand list of contacts through cold calling to potential clients, architects, engineers and other sources
- Travel to clients, trade shows, conferences, conventions, local industry events and meetings and education seminars as required
- Assist the Vice President of Business Development as required to achieve the business development goals for the Arizona office
