Job Description
Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Europe region. This role involves controlling regional sales, managing gross margin, developing sales strategies, allocating resources, and providing performance coaching for country and area sales managers. The position requires end-to-end ownership of regional sales and strategic account oversight. The role is remote within Poland, Hungary, or Czechia.
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 15+ years of experience in the Animal Health and Nutrition industry, with a significant portion in sales leadership roles
- Strong time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
