Floor Technician

As a Floor Technician at Kendal at Lexington, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, beautiful, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean and maintain various types of flooring, operate floor care equipment, and support daily cleaning needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning preferred
• Ability to safely operate floor maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including occasional weekends
