Floor Technician

As a Floor Technician at Kendal at Lexington, you will help maintain a safe, beautiful, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean and maintain various types of flooring, operate floor care equipment, and support daily cleaning needs. You will also interact professionally with residents, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning
• Ability to safely operate floor maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including occasional weekends
