Job Description
Manager of Human Resources at Valley Metro in Tempe, AZ, responsible for HR operations, employee relations, labor relations, and recruitment.
Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience
- 2-5 years working in a union environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR and/or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of Arizona’s Employment laws
- Experience working across multiple locations
- Experience with HRIS and payrolling systems
- UKG experience or similar software experience
- Knowledge of key HR regulations (SHRM or similar certification)
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred
