Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance, culture, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3-5 years in a Director-level or senior HR leadership role
- Advanced certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
