Director, Clinical Operations

Keros is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) to lead the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance, and maximizing program and corporate objectives. The role involves leading clinical trial teams, representing clinical operations at meetings, and contributing to process improvement. The DCO will be a primary point of escalation for trial management issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of clinical operations experience with a biotech/pharmaceutical company
• Phase 2/3 international clinical study leadership experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience in neuromuscular or related diseases
• Understanding of FDA, EMEA, GDPR, ICH and GCP regulations
