Job Description
Kestra Financial is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to join our Cashiering Team as an Operations Specialist - Money Movement. The ideal candidate is collaborative, loves working with numbers, and is eager to learn how to Power Financial Independence by having a serve, make it happen, and one team mentality.
Requirements
- Comply with all regulatory rules, written desktop procedures and company policies
- Identify exceptions/anomalies around activities and functions processed within Cashiering and bring to Anti-money Laundering and Managements' attention immediately
- Process Cashiering functions, including check disbursements and deposits, Wires, Journals, and EFTs
- Timely maintenance of AdvisorComplete and Salesforce queues
- Monitor legal paperwork for securities deposited
- Monthly blotter reconciliation
- Generate and review daily reports
- Communicate directly with advisors and staff to resolve problem issues
- Take deposits to the bank, as needed
- Work on various projects from management
