Ketryx is hiring a People Operations Manager to build the infrastructure and systems that support its 90% FTE growth rate annually. The role involves administering the full employee lifecycle, managing HRIS, and ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on People Operations or HR Generalist experience in high-growth tech or life-science companies
- Experience building and refining scalable processes for core HR functions
- Strong working knowledge of federal and Massachusetts labor laws and demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms
