Job Description
Keylane is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Utrecht team. This role offers a chance to grow within the legal field and work on a daily basis with the business. The legal team is integral to the company's success and provides advice to all levels, including the CFO. Legal Counsel will act as their trusted advisor and focus on balancing risks and business interests.
Requirements
- Master's degree in (European Union member state) law
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably dealing with IT and privacy matters
- Interest in contract, IT and privacy laws
- Interest in working for the financial sector with its regulatory environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in English – knowing some Dutch is preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cooperative, down-to-earth and pro-active
