Job Description
Keylane is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Utrecht. This role combines business acumen with legal knowledge and compliance, offering the opportunity for professional growth and advising the business. The role involves contract review, data protection, corporate support, risk analysis, and policy advice.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in (European Union member state) law
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably with IT and privacy matters
- Interest in contract, IT and privacy laws
- Interest in working for the financial sector with its regulatory environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in English - knowing some Dutch is preferred
