As a Project Manager Business Consultant, you will develop and maintain a holistic optichannel strategy, work with marketing teams to define audience strategy, and lead CRO initiatives across digital properties.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and fluent in English.
- Strong experience in optichannel marketing strategy and digital experience design.
- Proven expertise in digital journey mapping, UX best practices, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong command of analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Content Square, or other data visualization tools).
- Expertise in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, especially with marketing and IT teams.
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with banking operations or financial products is preferable.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology is preferable.
- Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and demonstrate strategic thinking.
- Analytical mind and conceptual thinking.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Structured approach, quality-minded, and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, open to change, and leadership skills.
- Certifications in Figma, service design, Adobe Analytics, or Content Square are a plus.
