Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven problem-solver with a growth mindset to join our team as a Growth Marketing Associate. As an associate, you’ll start by helping senior team members run campaigns, develop creative, analyze tests and results, and eventually own your own campaigns and channels. This is a full-time position with benefits and equity in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of a proven track record of driving towards growth goals
- Some experience on digital paid channels such as Paid Search
- Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers
- Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects
- Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems
- Understanding of hypothesis driven A/B, MVT and incrementality testing
- SQL proficiency is a bonus
