Associate - Growth & Marketing

Seekho is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their Growth & Marketing team. The role focuses on driving strategic growth through experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and automation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Growth Strategy & Operations, and be proficient in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Drive and optimize Category user acquisition targets through creative strategy and budget deployment.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and align them with business outcomes.
• Build and implement automation workflows to enhance reporting and minimize manual tasks.
• Own high-impact, end-to-end growth projects – from ideation to execution.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering.
• Evaluate marketing channel data and connect insights with internal metrics.
