Customer Order Management

We are seeking a Customer Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring sales orders, confirming accurate delivery details, and interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fulfilled. You will also manage the full order cycle, consolidate orders, and maintain direct customer communication.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Customer-facing experience in Order Management / Customer Service in FMCG sector / Order To Cash / Supply Chain roles
• Thorough knowledge of all MS - Office tools
• SAP skills will be ideal
• Excellent time management skills, able to manage pressured situations
• Able to use own initiative and to work independently with multiple deadlines/tasks
• Customer relationship management skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work within the group and to train new team members
• Proactive/can-do attitude
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills
