Director, Financial Reporting

The Director, Financial Reporting will oversee all aspects of corporate financial reporting for Kimberly-Clark's IFP business, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, delivering timely and transparent reporting, and providing strategic insight to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience
• Broad and expert knowledge of financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, accounting principles and Sarbanes Oxley
• Experience in a global multinational public company and a 'Big 4' accounting firm
• Strong organizational skills, oral, written, and presentation skills
• Possess a think customer orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to build trust with key customers and stakeholders
• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; and ACA from a big 4 firm
• Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial systems
