DTS Integrated Planning & Procurement Lead Supply Chain

We're seeking a DTS Integrated Planning & Procurement Lead Supply Chain to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a performance-driven individual, you'll lead the development and execution of the IT Integrated Planning & Procurement strategy for the IFP Segment, transforming the planning and procurement environment through multi-year strategy plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital planning and procurement within Supply Chain, preferably in the CPG industry
• Advanced expertise in SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Kinaxis, and other planning tools (Blue Yonder, Oracle, OMP, etc.)
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in multicultural, global environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience driving process automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in hybrid work arrangements and adapt to dynamic, global teams
