Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Master's/MBA with concentration in Marketing
- At least 10 years experience in marketing with brand management (B2B - CPG companies)
- Experience in P&L management, brand marketing, cross-functional knowledge, and direct experience in manufacturing, product & technology development, and product supply
- Solid understanding of annual business planning, budget setting, and subsequent execution of those plans
- Strong understanding of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation, and target development
- Experience with brand positioning and brand strategy development
- Proven concept & brief writing of product innovation and renovation
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization, drive collaboration across businesses and functions, and lead agency partners in long-term projects
- Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities
- Entrepreneur can-do attitude to find ways to break down growth barriers
