You will lead the central FP&A overhead process to deliver accurate, efficient operational financial forecasts. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the overall success of global overheads by turning information into analytics and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience
- Power BI experience
- Advanced Excel level
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model and driving execution across a matrixed organization
- The ability to influence without authority and drive business outcomes
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and results-oriented communications and presentations
- Strategic thinker who is willing to operate outside their comfort zone and has the courage to challenge the status quo
