Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder to lead a Development Services practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves building and managing client relationships, leading development teams, and driving profitability while offering opportunities for growth and leadership. Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing and budget creation
- Effective communication skills at all levels
