The role of Account Executive will be responsible for winning new business and revenue through our Reseller partners in the Japan region, and working closely with Kinaxis senior management to contribute to the overall growth strategy of Kinaxis.
Requirements
- Ten to fifteen years’ experience in Account Management/selling strategic, enterprise level mission critical solutions (SCM, ERP, BI)
- Client focused Account Management/Customer Success background.
- Demonstrated track record of working with large, complex accounts.
- Experience working in different JAPAN markets and geographies
- Experience working within a Global based operational companies a definite asset.
- Ability to penetrate and sell to executive-level decision makers.
- Ability to sell to multiple constituencies within an organization (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT)
- Consultative, value-proposition/business case-driven sales methodology experience.
- Must be an articulate, persuasive, and passionate communicator
- Embrace a dynamic and innovative work environment that fosters creativity and a youthful spirit, regardless of organizational maturity
- Ability to work and act independently and be pro-active
- Solid language skills with native or very fluent skills in Japanese & English(business level will be nice to have) and ideally very fluent with at least one further language
