Requirements
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certification
- 1+ year of classroom teaching experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with literacy programs, testing, and specific needs of adult learners
- Strong ability to teach literacy skills in both one-on-one to small group instruction
- Computer skills, experience with online learning platforms, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks
