Case Manager - Offender Services

This position will support the Pathway Home 6 grant, which aims to improve employment outcomes and reduce recidivism for incarcerated individuals. The Case Manager will work with justice-involved individuals to develop and follow Individualized Development Plans, provide direct services, and track progress towards self-sufficiency and reduced recidivism.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in human services, criminal justice, social work, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in case management or direct services
• Strong interpersonal and motivational interviewing skills
• Comfort working in correctional and community-based settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with electronic case management systems
