Case Manager - Offender Services (part-time)

The Case Manager will support the Pathway Home 6 grant, providing job training and supportive services to incarcerated individuals and reducing recidivism. The position involves case management, participant engagement, and collaboration with jail staff and service providers.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in human services, criminal justice, social work, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least two years of experience in case management or direct services
• Strong interpersonal and motivational interviewing skills
