Job Description
Kinexus Group is seeking a Director of Offender Services to oversee reentry funding streams and community relationships for the Offender Success Program. This role involves building partnerships with stakeholders, managing grants, analyzing contracts, and ensuring the full integration of Kinexus Group within the community. Requirements
- Strategic oversight of the Offender Services Department and staff.
- Responsible for Michigan Department of Corrections, Department of Justice, and Department of Labor agreements.
- Identifying available grant funding and assisting Kinexus Group in project creation.
- Contract management, vendor negotiation, and procurement.
- Community learning and partnership building.
