We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Alliances, Partnerships (Assistant) Manager in our Partnership & Business Development team. As a renowned retail corporation based in Hong Kong and with a significant presence in both Hong Kong and China, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, presentation, and project management abilities
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging partnership concepts
• Familiarity with the retail, hospitality, and/or entertainment industries
