King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a Retail Leasing Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager to oversee leasing operations of their flagship shopping malls in China. The role involves developing and assessing leasing strategy, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Collaborate in developing and assessing leasing strategy and tenant mix
• Conduct market research to support engagement with potential tenants
• Actively pursue brand acquisition aligned with company direction and leasing strategy
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding leasing matters
• Support management in budgeting, reporting, and preparing presentation materials
• Stay updated on market trends and offer insights on brand recruitment and leasing strategy
• Regular business travel to major cities in China every 1-2 months
