The Associate, Private Equity Advisory position is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners and contribute to the evaluation of investment opportunities and portfolio company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience within consulting or financial services
• Relationship Building: High EQ with advanced written/ verbal communication skills, executive presence and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Intellectual Curiosity & Creativity: thoughtful in asking questions and pursuing answers, excited to learn
• Critical Thinking: breaks down complex problems and solves them in creative ways
• Communication & Information Synthesis: effectively identifies key insights and presents insights
• Project Management: ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines
