Private Equity - Program Associate

Neuberger Berman is a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager. The firm manages a range of strategies including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds. The Associate will work across the platform in conducting diligence on private equity funds and direct investments.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials
• 2-3 years of top-tier investment banking or asset management program experience
• Ranked near the top of peers with exceptional quantitative skills
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and written skills
• Ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form
• Initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving
• Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail
• Team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects
