Job Description
Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a motivated Clinical Pharmacy Manager to oversee clinical pharmacy services and guide a team of pharmacists and technicians. The ideal candidate will be a clinical leader focused on teamwork, mentorship, and innovation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in acute and critical care areas. This role is crucial for optimizing and integrating KRMC's pharmacy services and contributing to the hospital's overall mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Current Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (preferred)
- Minimum of five years of hospital pharmacy experience in acute/critical care
- Prior leadership experience preferred
