Job Description
Elementary Teacher (26-27 SY) job at KIPP DC Public Schools. Teach engaging, standards-aligned lessons informed by student data. Build an inclusive, identity-affirming classroom culture. Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to plan instruction, analyze data, and respond to student needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Commitment to working with students from communities with limited access to high-quality educational opportunities
- At least one year of teaching experience in a PreK3–12th grade school OR an education degree that included student teaching / residency with full-classroom responsibility
