High School Teacher at KIPP DC Public Schools: lead classrooms, build strong relationships with students and families, and deliver high-quality instruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Commitment to working with students from communities with limited access to high-quality educational opportunities
- At least one year of teaching experience in a PreK3–12th grade school OR an education degree that included student teaching / residency with full-classroom responsibility
- Strong communication skills with families and caregivers
- Strong collaboration habits with teammates
- Content knowledge and instructional responsiveness
