Job Description
KCR is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to support youth in their behavioral rehabilitation program. This role involves providing client-centered services, delivering evidence-based treatment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help clients build brighter futures. The ideal candidate is passionate about strengths-based care and trauma-informed practices.
Requirements
- Deliver evidence-based treatment programming
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
- Develop and maintain client case files
- Participate in client admission, transition planning, and aftercare
- Transport and accompany clients
- Collaborate with nurses, probation officers, therapists, and families
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
