Sr. Project Administrator

Kleinfelder is seeking a Sr. Project Administrator to join our Northern California Construction Services team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

• Assist the CoMET Service Line Leader in systematically evaluating and enhancing processes for tracking sales opportunities
• Ensure consistent adherence to safety regulations, policies, and best practices across all projects and team members
• Extract information from Deltek and other centralized systems for sales opportunities
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from project management tools, timesheets, to produce performance summaries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative matters within the CS SL
• Organize and support group-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action item tracking, and follow-up
