We are seeking a Training & Development Specialist to support and advance our learning and development initiatives across the group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, with a proven ability to deliver training programs across multiple formats.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development
- Strong technical ability with a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred)
- Experience in digital course creation and knowledge of AI integration in training is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A team-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across levels and functions to drive training initiatives
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and training governance is an advantage
