Job Description
KMK Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to oversee global financial operations. The role involves leading accounting, financial planning, compliance, and operational processes, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and potentially based in the U.S. or India. The position requires a strong finance professional with operational acumen and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage and reconcile company books monthly, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee and maintain QuickBooks.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with Paylocity.
- Liaise with IRS, state tax agencies, and external tax accountants.
- Assist with annual audits and financial reviews.
- Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support.
