Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to oversee financial controlling activities in Greece and selected international markets. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders is key to supporting informed decision-making. The position reports to the Country Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP)
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial audit
- Experience preparing statutory financial statements and budget reports
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience supervising team members
- High integrity and accountability
- Experience in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Experience with similar roles within global manufacturing settings
