Job Description
We are a software company looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to expand our marketing performance. The role involves developing and steering a performance marketing strategy, building and optimizing paid campaigns, and analyzing data to increase reach and lead generation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing
- SEO, SEA, tracking, and conversion optimization skills
- Strong technical understanding and experience with tools, integrations, and automations
- Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems experience
- German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level
