Job Description
Become one of our Contributors! The Manager, Pharmacy Data Entry Operations is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the Eagle and KRx Data Entry teams. The Manager fosters team connection and cohesion, drives retention efforts, and promotes a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or three (3) or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in pharmacy operations
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in a regulated, high-volume healthcare or pharmacy environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and general pharmacy terminology
- Experience with HIPAA, PDMA, cGMP adverse events
- Computer literacy to include operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, communication and collaboration tools, and Adobe PDF or comparable
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
