Pharmacist Supervisor

The Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading staff pharmacists, managing workflow, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will also assist with training, coaching, and communication with team members.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the State of Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a specialty pharmacist
• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of subordinates and performance management
