Job Description
KnowBe4 is a leading provider of security awareness training and phishing simulations for organizations globally. They are seeking a Global Account Director to manage accounts, drive sales, and maximize growth within assigned customer accounts. The role involves building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with revenue teams to achieve sales targets and account penetration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience (Cybersecurity preferred)
- Experience selling deals $500K+ in the Enterprise segment
- Experience selling multi-year deals
- International: English and local language proficiency
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
