Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance activities of a plant and ensuring a safe and efficient operating condition. This role involves implementing and modifying the maintenance program, managing equipment failures, coordinating plant personnel, and ensuring the use of computerized maintenance management systems. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for the plant’s Safety Program and employee development.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering
• Six or more years of experience in the maintenance of power generating facilities
• Three or more years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated skills in 1) maintenance of control systems, 2) utilization of computerized maintenance management systems, 3) personnel management
• Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and communication skills
• Valid, in-state motor vehicle operator's license at all times
