Job Description
Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and maintain plant equipment. Responsibilities include planning work orders, managing resources, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves building and training maintenance personnel, implementing budget improvements, and fostering a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Oversees, plans and issues work orders for equipment modifications and preventative maintenance.
- Prepares and coordinates maintenance resources for capital and continuous improvement.
- Reviews and analyzes operations, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Tracks KPIs (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to recommend improvements in plant operations and OEE.
- Engages employees in problem resolution, utilizes Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Monitors and reviews Maintenance budget on a monthly basis.
