Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor

The Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor at the Portland, Oregon bakery facility will oversee asset reliability and maintenance operations. This role is critical in managing equipment risks, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team to ensure continuous production. Responsibilities include people and labor management, asset reliability, productivity improvements, and process automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Lead in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading a maintenance team
• Proven experience in project management and operational leadership
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP
• Experience with union labor employees is strongly preferred
