Business Development Manager – SME Team

Business Development Manager – SME Team: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our SME team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively uncovering new opportunities within the SME market, adapting their approach to each client's unique needs, and building rapport with senior stakeholders. The role involves full-time work (37.5 hours per week), remote working from home with travel to London required once per month, and offers a salary of £30,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as uncapped commission on all apprenticeship starts once monthly target is met.

• Experience in selling apprenticeships and training (desirable, but not essential)
