Machine Operator

We are seeking a Machine Operator to monitor automated CNC machining lines, produce aluminum alloy billets, and perform various tasks in the Casting department. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalency
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use a computer for basic reporting and documentation
• Ability to accurately use basic math
• Molten metal experience strongly preferred
