Requirements
- Technical background in Software Engineering, Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read code and understand data flows and logs
- Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers alike
- Empathy and patience
- Autonomy, initiative, and drive to take on projects
- Preference for working in a high-performance environment
- Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus
