Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly with physical and e-commerce retailers
- Experience successfully delivering persuasive sales pitches to executives
- Marketing knowledge and practical experience
- BtoC sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with operating and managing e-commerce businesses is a strong plus
- Clear communication and creative negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, KPI management, and numerical analysis skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across borders
- Passion for the gaming and manga industries
- Language: Fluent in English, native in Korean. Japanese language skills would be a plus
