Job Description
We are looking for an Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our Modernization Sales team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and collaborating with our maintenance team to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Proactively develops and creates customer relationships
- Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints
- Documents customer and contact information, maintains customer data
- Generates opportunities from existing customer base
- Collaborates with maintenance team for leads
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts
- Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools
- Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM
- Supports the finance function in money collection
- Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors
