They are seeking a motivated Finance & Accounting Manager to build and lead a strong accounting team, providing financial insights and support to clients. The role involves maintaining financial close processes, financial planning & analysis, and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and accounting operations
- Lead monthly financial close process by allocating resources appropriately
- Review financial close package for accuracy and analysis
- Advise on complex accounting topics like revenue recognition, sales tax, and consolidation
- Lead client engagement economics by allocating resources and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage relationships with clients and their investors
- Ensure client operations scale and improve efficiency
- Train and supervise Accounting team members
- Maintain client compliance with regulations and tax authorities
